Steps to reproduce:
Run NVDA alpha-22665
Run Excel 365 and open a spreadsheet
Focus on a cell
Select Data Validation under Data Tools in the Data tab of the Ribbon
Select Input Message
Try to tab through the Title and Input Message fields
Actual behavior:
The NVDA error sound is produced, sometimes at the Title field and always when trying to reach the Input Message field.
Expected behavior:
Each field is reached and text can be entered. Then tab to OK to have the message show in the selected cell.
System configuration
NVDA installed/portable/running from source:
Alpha version running as Continue Running
NVDA version:
alpha-22665
Windows version:
Windows 10

Does the issue still occur after you run the COM Registration Fixing Tool in NVDA's tools menu?
Running the Tool stopped NVDA from reading cells in Excel altogether!
