Steps to reproduce:
-
Open the Run dialog with Windows + R, and paste the following example URL: https://www.example.com/this-is-a-test
-
Move focus back to the start of the just-typed URL, and hit ctrl + right to attempt to jump to the next word
Actual behavior:
When performing the above steps, NVDA announces part of the just-typed URL, but the output doesn't accurately reflect where the focus is positioned. In my example, when performing ctrl + right NVDA announces "https://www.example.com/this-" - however, focus is in fact before the word "this"
Expected behavior:
NVDA should only output the position of the cursor, and not part of the entire URL
