Steps to reproduce:

First bullet:

• Open a new document MS Word
• Type "* Item 1" to start a bullet list
• Press Enter
• Press 2 times Tab

Second bullet:

• Open a new document MS Word
• Type "-> Item 2" to produce a line with heavy right arrow

Actual behavior:

Bullet 1: NVDA announce "black club"

Bullet 2: NVDA announces "right double arrow"

Expected behavior:

Bullet 1: NVDA announces "square bullet"

Bullet 2: NVDA announces "right arrow" or something else not including the word "double"

No but remember that this issue was already present at least in 2019.1
