This PR add support for the upcoming NuxtHub v1, meaning it can be used with SQLite, Postgres and MySQL.
On Vercel side, we need to make sure Nitro can work properly with pre-rendered routes + observability routes (not blocking as this is not related to Content, but something I found when working on this PR).
