Enabling "Emulate 3-Button Mouse" in Blender's preferences causes wrong keys display #235

Expected behavior
When enabling Emulate 3-button Mouse, Screencast Keys should display "Alt + Left Mouse Button" when rotating view, "Shift + Alt + Left Mouse Button" when panning view, and "Ctrl + Alt + Left Mouse Button" when zooming view.
Description about the bug
What happens is that "Middle Mouse Button" is shown instead of "Left Mouse Button" for all three navigation controls respectively when "Enable 3-button Mouse" is turned on. This has been a bug ever since I started using the add-on in Blender versions 2.9x.
