Delete EC parts properly #3502

EC object parts are widely distributed across container nodes. When root object is removed, all parts must be properly cleaned up
also, if root object is big, EC parts are formed from split parts and inherit their headers. Removing them by root address will require extra logic since current logic is tied to a maximum of 1 level of inheritance
