I'm always frustrated when we don't have clear data on container size/object count.

Describe the solution you'd like

SNs submit data to contract as they have new data (but not simultaneously and not too often), contract manages state and calculates averages properly. IR takes this data for settlement then. Other components can reuse this data for any purposes.
