Just install Plugin and enjoy feature of Wing Forms.

This plugin display forms with simple shortcode.

1). Create a page like wing or any other.

2). Put shortcode wherever you want.

3). Add shortcode parameters as you want.

== Installation ==
1. Upload the entire `wing-forms` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the **Plugins** screen (**Plugins > Installed Plugins**).

You just have to install. Plugin will take care of all the required things. You just have to create form and add shortcode.
