This plugin display forms with simple shortcode.

2). Add class in the right side of optioins list.

1. Upload the entire `insert-body-class` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the **Plugins** screen (**Plugins > Installed Plugins**).
