roadmap: the 7.x branch will use cmake as configure tool

• As already proposed, we will decompose the projet in several sub-libraries (see Optimize font quality for LCD #116)
  (files and folders will be moved later)
• the whole compilation process must be handled (boost included)
• cmake >= 3.0 will be required
