Description of the Issue

It would be brilliant of the language menu settings could be updated so that you can double click on a language and it move from enabled to disabled and vice versa. As windows 10 fast track folds regularly have to reinstall NP++ and reconfigure this menu so often and only really use NP++ for a few languages.

A further enhancement would be to move all languages to disabled in one step and only enable the ones you want.
