Tab size: 0 is accepted by the preferences dialog but it doesn't change the real tab size #1341
Description
Currently, if you had (say) tab size 6, and you enter 0, nothing changes in the main edit window.
The lowest practical value for tab size is 1, yet the dialog permits a 0 to be entered.
The dialog needs tweaking to prevent 0 being accepted.
