Environment info

• NooBaa Operator Version: 5.13.0
• Platform: Kubernetes 1.20.2 | minikube 1.18.1

Actual behavior

1. Update actions/setup-go from version 2 to version 3 in file run_ci.
2. The job run_tests is failing.
   Note: I re-run it and in both attempts, it failed.

Expected behavior

1. Update without any error.
