I cannot set the secrets `${{ secrets.PYPI_API_TOKEN }}` and `${{ secrets.TEST_PYPI_API_TOKEN }}` because I do not have access rights to https://github.com/cclauss/itinerant-tester/settings/secrets/actions . If someone who has those access rights, I can provide the two corresponding tokens from PyPI.

@cclauss I can help get them set. Would doing that at 5 ET on Tuesday the 21st work for you? If not 4then either 10 ET on the 22nd or 4 ET on the 22nd? If any of those work can you send me an invite so it's in my calendar? |

If I can work with someone who has those access rights, I can provide the two corresponding PyPI tokens for them to enter as GitHub secrets.Related to:
