Sorry @cclauss , I virtually know nothing about github actions so if you expect any advice, I'll just suggest you to update the README.md which only talk about running flake8, isort and black (which I found accurate to have a common coding rules for the project) |

No problems... I just wanted you to see what I was up to... I will try to get the lint Python and tests reworked on GitHub Actions and once we land that then we can retest and land your PR. |
