Current Behavior

The Git config UI has two issues. First, due to the scrolling problem, there is a space at the bottom left under the items. Second, the width of the SSH key item is shorter than before.

The project settings UI also has the same issue.

Expected Behavior

The following screenshots are the correct user interfaces.
