For the site generation command, the
--revisionflag to create a permalink for the module documentation was not present. This adds that to the Makefile rule for generation.Also, the command flags were categorized wrong, and were being added to the root command. This creates separate command vars for the site and man Cobra commands, and adds the flags to those properly.
