Add the following fixes from nixos-install: - NixOS/nixpkgs@d61cc625: fix removal of non-empty /mnt - NixOS/nixpkgs@fa39e3d6: fail if we can't set up bootloader - NixOS/nixpkgs@5d470b88: clear executable cache after entering chroot Also use an explicit argument index to avoid repeating `root` in the `Sprintf` call.
