📚 Description

Read wrangler.toml from user root dir (or custom path defined in cloudflare.wrangler.configPath) and merge it with cloudflare.wrangler nitro options (user wrangler.toml has higher priority) and write it to dist/wrangler.toml for cloudflare pages preset.
