cd anywhere and git clone
double-click on ooc.tmbundle file
Textmate will automatically open up and install

For this bundle to properly run file with rock, you need to add a ROCK shell variable in Textmate -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Shell Variables. It should point to the rock binary file.
