I noticed there's quite a bit of PRs merged since v11 without changelog entries. Is this fine to merge with just the notable changes which should be covered, or would it be worthwhile to go through and double check for any notable changes that might have been overlooked? |

We talked about this at the triage meeting today, but according to our dev docs for release, we only make a release for major breaking change (e.g., switching to Nextclade v2). We occasionally note major features since the last release, but this isn't as stringent as Augur, Auspice, etc. |
