LSF executor mem unit should use the setting from lsf.config file #1124
Description
The unit for memory reservation used by the LSF scheduler can be defined in the LSF_UNIT_FOR_LIMITS attribute in the lsf.conf file.
The LSF executor should read this file to determine the correct memory unit to apply when submitting a job execution.
