Bug description
While helping my dad migrate files from one instance to another, I noticed that some files do not download.
It seems that only .bmp with a file size of 15MB and more are affected.
Error Message is: Virtual file download failed with code "299", status "200" and error message "Decompression failed: "
Steps to reproduce
Try to open file, try to download file (local availability), ...
Expected behavior
Should sync without problems
