The CKB client version is rc while the title is not, is it correct to release as 0.121.0 instead of 0.121.0-rc

Release Candidate Release will be pushed to users using a pre-release Neuron while this release, although it bundled the CKB Node Rc, is expected to be pushed to all users. |
