Modified the entity naming scheme for probe temps, setpoints, and notifications to be based on the channel name (ex ADC1) instead of the label or name. This prevents home assistant from creating new entities when the names or labels are changed.
Force a default name of PiFire for the name of the device if a unique name is not configured.
