Replace the getsize function in SSD1306 (and Pygame) modules to remove crash. Bump version/build number
Pin the Eventlet module to v0.30.2 to avoid issues with certain installations.
Fixed the installer so that it can detect python v3.11 on newer versions of the Raspberry Pi OS and install the right eventlet version.

I made two changes to mqtt_handler after doing some more testing. This pull request is also trying to update two files in updater which you should ignore.
