- install from https://github.com/natverse/natcpp
- everything should still work without it natcpp
- also speeds up strahler_order

* total_cable for summary.neuron * 3x faster for Cell07PNs
* still leaves the case when sumsegment=F but this is rarely used
* now 3-30x faster (more for bigger neurons)
