pointsinside fails for points >1e5 from mesh

See https://github.com/zarquon42b/Rvcg/issues/10 for details. This is related to https://github.com/jefferis/nat/issues/353. In the short term it might be best to return to `vcgClost` with a bounding box check. The issue of when one wants to return distance remains.
