I introduced a bug in seglist2swc when trying to speed up resampling of neurons in 77ca3e5. This meant that in certain cases the parents in the swc block of a neuron were not properly recalculated - e.g. for neurons with an origin in middle of an unbranched segment. This is commonly the case for neurons arriving from FAFB.
