When running HyperCP on a machine (in this case Mac) set to a foreign language, we get errors in a couple of places:

1. output data folder may be "Documents" in the python dialogue window, but "Documentos" in Finder
2. Reading the TIME-STAMP from root.attributes in L1B (L157) for SeaBird does not understand days of the week shorthands at output from SeaBird raw headers
