Add uncertainty breakdowns and plots for FRM-full #318

Currently, uncertainty breakdowns by source are only implemented for class-based processing. This should be implemented for sensor-specific (FRM-full) regime.

@ARamsay17 I started to look at how I might implement this today, but it's buried deep in PIU, so I will have to relay on you to implement the update. Thank you!
