Uncertainty components are individually calculated in L2 with the option to plot them as pie charts and a spectral rack-up, but not yet output to L2 HDFs.

Include a new group with parameter-specific uncertainties for Lt, Li, Es, Lw, nLw (if calculated), and Rrs.
