Add MSR_UNC_PERF_GLOBAL_CTRL (0x620) and MSR_UNC_PERF_GLOBAL_STATUS (0x621) to the allowed-read list to support RAM speed detection via the uncore ratio reported in these Sandy Bridge+ MSRs.
