Bug fixes!

• Re-wrote the key capturing for the h letter so it works in pinyin and alike inputs when the app is open.
• Fixed: when using the hold method for with a key, if the key gets held it writes the letter a bunch of time then excutes shortcut, now it dosent write the letter.
• Made the hotkeys get smaller in the shortcut recorder and in the app cards for better looks.
