Problem description

When clicking sveral times near the arrow in a selection field the field can appear empty.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to http://www.material-ui.com/#/components/select-field
2. Click several times near the arrow (left to the arrow)- it might need a few tries but the text inside the selection fied will disappear(look at the image added below)
