The first script of the file contains the list of changes.

Normal User privs only allows for this script to be executed but not to be modified.

That means users can't read what has changed.

Since the Changes.md file tells the reader that the changes are documented there ... well that's pretty mean!

Solution -> Make the changes script modifiable by users, who can then look at it in the Script workspace just like the rest of the example scripts.
