I did 1.4.0b2 release, hopefully the last beta. Let me know if there any issues missing. I would also appreciate proofreading of the README and CHANGES.

I still think it does make sense to set up integration with the readthedocs.org and codecov.io, as explained in #709.

The mpmath.org has old link to issue tracker and missing PDF for latest stable version (https://mpmath.readthedocs.io/_/downloads/en/1.3.0/pdf/). Perhaps, we could just point to the https://mpmath.readthedocs.io/.
