- Docker.windows: used to rebuild the build image - Docker.windows.devel: builds fdb using the published image - build.ps1: build fdb using the published image.

Dockerfile.windows.develwhich uses the newly publishedfoundationdb/foundationdb-build-windows:0.1.0image.Changed build.ps1 to use this dockerfile instead.
