Add support for Kestrel/ASP.NET Core

New ASP.NET Core applications use the [Kestrel HTTP Server](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/fundamentals/servers/kestrel) by default, unless hosted in IIS.

It is possible to configure TLS protocols used by Kestrel, both [in code](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/fundamentals/servers/kestrel/endpoints?view=aspnetcore-5.0#ssltls-protocols) and in [configuration files](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/fundamentals/servers/kestrel/endpoints?view=aspnetcore-5.0#sni-in-configuration). However, I do not know whether or not it is possible to configure actual cipher suites.

Would it be possible for the SSL config generator to support Kestrel?
