A User uploaded a pdf file and reported a the following steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Create a powerpoint with some template
2. Print to PDF using windows 10 print.
3. View using pdf.js / open the PDF in firefox
4. Korean characters 목차 (translated to index) are displayed as Chinese character 戀 (translates to love)

What is the expected behavior? (add screenshot)

Shows correctly in MacOS preview and chrome.
