@130s I think we need to release the jade packages again to bring in moveit/moveit_ros#699, right?

At that point, after the next ROS sync, I think we can consider jade released right? We'll want the new ros-jade-moveit metapackage. the moveit_pr2 packages will still not be available though moveit/moveit_pr2#71

@v4hn had called moveit/moveit_ros#728 a jade blocker but we've since reverted those changes, so I think it should be skipped for this release

I'm adding jade install instructions to the moveit website at the moment, with an experimental warning
