Update lockfile for the hono version bump

This manifest change pins hono to 4.12.7 but does not include the corresponding pnpm-lock.yaml update (the packages/bridge/bridge-react importer still resolves hono as 4.11.10), so the repo is left with an out-of-date lockfile. Because the Install dependencies step in .github/workflows/build-and-test.yml runs pnpm install --frozen-lockfile, this commit will fail CI/local frozen installs until the lockfile is regenerated and committed with the same dependency change.
