Introduces an important security feature(URL Mode Elicitation) that allows sensitive or third-party interactions (like OAuth or payment flows) to happen safely outside the client, as described in modelcontextprotocol/modelcontextprotocol#887, which is accepted for the next version of the MCP spec.
