@255kb, From discussion #754 got to know that the XML content for content type(application/soap+xml) is not getting parsed resulting in the rules defined for the requests not getting validated. As soap+xml is also a part of XML, Mockoon should be able to parse this content so that response rules based on these requests would work.

Hope to get this functionality implemented sooner.
