We cannot disable rules temporarily and serve the default response instead.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a toggle button that temporarily disable the rules. Ideally, it should interact with the "random responses" and "sequential responses" buttons as they are mutually exclusive (like a radio button).
Once activated, the rules are not interpreted anymore and the default response is served.
