Problem

Currently, logs from cloud instances can only be displayed (in the web app) live. Logs will be "lost" when reloading the app. Also, when a second client load the app, past logs won't be displayed.

Solution

Implement a "replay" mechanism in the /events endpoint of the admin API. It should be able to resend the previous logs upon connection/reconnection limited to the number of logs displayed in the "Logs" view of the app.
