Description

We would like to be able to run cloud environments using the CLI, to allow self-hosting while using the team collaboration feature.

Implementation

This should be as close as possible to the current way of loading an environment.

Either use a new flag like --cloud-data instead of --data or find a pattern/custom scheme to distinguish local paths, remote URLs and cloud URLs, something like cloud:{id} where id could be the UUID (harder to find for the user), or subdomain.

A new --token flag must be added to pass the Mockoon Cloud API key.
