Output the reason while cache need to be invalidated on docker build #9294
Description
In certain condition, docker invalidates the cache of an ADD instruction where I expect it to not. I guess there is some weird change that I didn't notice. Could docker daemon returns the diff that causing it to invalidate the cache?
