Container fail to start due to duplicated ExposedPorts #48274

Description
After updating Docker Desktop from 4.27.1 (136059) -> 4.33.0 (160616), unable to start the container with error:
(HTTP code 500) server error - driver failed programming external connectivity on endpoint 1.44 (b31e02a405f1fb1f4c25d47cf1f06d31af05eefedcee59c25c35899c114cf110):
failed to bind port 0.0.0.0:55029/tcp: listen tcp4 0.0.0.0:55029:
bind: address already in use
