this is a carry of #1164 with small update that adds runner script and modifications I needed to get them working
my results are in https://gist.github.com/tonistiigi/980e7a562f65e9caa7ac70a79f37a17f
As shown they are far from green but I think it is ok to merge for now, then update vendor in moby and start tracking down individual tests. I also could only run the tests with
--parallel=1Some known missing things is passing the mirrors/entitlements configuration.
